In addition to the provisions of EN 10219 10.2 for hollow profiles in bundles, each S355J0H profile shall be marked by a suitable and durable method, e.g. painted, embossed, labeled, or additionally labeled as follows:
- Name of the steel, e.g. EN 10219-S355JOH;
- Manufacturer’s name or trademark;
- In the case of a specific check: an identification number, e.g. an order number, allows to associate a product or a delivery unit with a relevant document;
- Marking of the external inspection representative (if applicable).
When items are supplied in bundles, the EN10219 10.1 marking shall be located on a label securely fastened to the bundle.
